TNPolice CUG 8.61

TNPolice CUG Application provides access to Tamil Nadu Police Personnel's CUG mobile numbers. This application is exclusive for Tamil Nadu Police Personnel, and individuals not affiliated with the department will not be able to utilize this platform.

Installation Steps:

1. All police personnel are required to enter their CUG phone number and click on the 'Generate SMS PIN' button.
2. An SMS containing the PIN will be sent from the official CUG phone number.
3. To ensure optimal functionality, please disable any third-party messaging applications and use the native Android messaging application.
4. Upon receiving the SMS PIN on your CUG SIM, the TNPolice CUG application will automatically detect it and display a success notification.
5. Click on this notification or open the TNPolice CUG application to proceed with the setup process.
6. Each police personnel must input their rank to complete the application setup. The information about the installer can be viewed in the 'About' section (Menu->About).
7. The personnel can select a City/District, a Special Unit, or both.
8. The Call Identifier feature offers notifications about callers within the CUG scheme. Users can enable or disable this function in the application menu.
9. Utilize the Search Phone Number feature to look up individuals using their CUG phone numbers.
10. Different groups corresponding to individual ranks will be displayed on the Groups tab based on the setup.

• android.permission.PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS
• android.permission.READ_CALL_LOG
